This website does not have a contact form, does not ask you to create an account and does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not load content from third-party services. We do not collect personal information through the website itself.
When you contact us
The website lets you contact us in two ways:
- WhatsApp — selecting a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a suggested message that you can edit. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy.
- Phone — selecting a call button opens your phone’s dialler so you can call us.
If you contact us, we will receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and details of your tiling project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss your project with you. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, or where we are required to keep records by law.
Hosting
Like most websites, the company that hosts this website may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and to keep the website running.
